The Scotland born genius was the pride of Canada and the US with his revolutionary invention of the telephone. The son of an elocutionist, Alexander Graham Bell was fascinated by acoustics, a passion that led him to his great work in the field. Though there were many challenges by other inventors, the courts proclaimed Bell as the original inventor of the telephone.
