Avatars of Vishnu

Vishnu is one of the principal hindu Gods, forming the trinity along with Brahma and siva. Vishnu is worshipped as the protector and preserver of the world and restorer of dharma. He appears in different avatars on this earth to uphold righteousness and destroy evil. Even through his appearances are innumerable, ten major incarnations are most well known.
