Macro polo’s biography is synonymous with the story of his travels. He embarked on his expedditions at a very young age which lasted 24years. He journeyed through asia and reached further beyond mongolia. he reached china and became a condifdant of kublai khan. He travelled the whole of china and returned to tell the tale, which became the greatest travelogue. Incredible through these stories seem to be, most of his accounts are so detailed and accurate that the tales overall seem true.
